Rigid Casting
Stonecast® is a uniquely engineered, high-impact casting urethane that has been specifically designed to stand-alone or back a gel coat. Decorative architectural elements, light-weight table tops, and ornamental mouldings can now replace FRP or pre-cast concrete applications in a fraction of the time.
Cast Elastomers
Primarily offering systems for the polyurethane composite industry that range from ultra-high performance polyester to high-tear polyurea modified formulations, some of the more common casting resins are used for the production of flexible trim mouldings, concrete stamps and formliners, as well as various mold making materials.
Spray Elastomers
Intellathane® polyurethane spray coatings are commonly used for spraying truck bed liners, secondary containment, faux rocks, pipe coatings, and mining equipment. From 100% solids to pure polyurea blends, all can be processed through high or low pressure elastomer equipment.
Flexible Foam
Usually custom blended for specific OEM applications, these foams are available in conventional water blown, self-skinning, or exempt ODP solvents. The more common applications are for packaging, seats, airplane armrests, faux rocks, and for Carefree Tires®
Rigid Foam
These water-blown systems are low-viscosity and are targeted at applications for non-critical insulation such as void-fill, packaging, and/or structural backing foams. These systems overcome typical issues faced by 100 % water-blown systems with dimensional stability or friability deficiencies.
